Designed by Harry Ferguson and manufactured from 1946 until 1956 in the UK. Used for many everyday farming operations in its day, a light-weight but effective machine. The ‘Little Grey Fergie’, as it was often referred to, was a popular agricultural tractor and has become a collector’s item for today’s full scale agricultural machinery enthusiast.
The name of the original Little Grey Fergie, the TE20 came from 'Tractor, England 20 horsepower' and there were several versions, including this model - the TEA20 which was introduced with a standard brand petrol engine. Between 1946 and 1956 there were over 500,000 Little Grey Fergies built, with many still around today. The TE20 was nicknamed the "Grey Menace" after sales were made across the world and they were even used in 1958 on an expedition to the South Pole!
The TEA20 is suitable for the Ferguson tipper trailer to be attached.
